HR Recruiter
  • Proven recruiting experience
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency based, stress etc)

  • Ability to organise assessment centers (in tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests etc)

Senior Accountant
  • Proven senior accounting experience
  • Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles
  • Awareness of business trends
  • Experience with creating financial statements
  • Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process

  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule

Banking Consultant
  • Work experience necessary to competently perform the duties of this position

  • Vertical – Risk Management (Secure and Un - Secure Loans)
  • Geos – Middle East
  • Segregating and analyzing the allocations based on parameters – current balance, designations, home country location etc.
  • Making out-bound calls as per the process requirements and hitting the specified number of right party contacts on daily basis
  • Generating PTP’s and ensuring greater than 80% conversions
  • Providing timely and accurate feedback on each account
  • Exhibiting extra initiative in improving contactability in the pool
  • Informing lead associates about any potential escalations
  • Discharging duties with in the limits as set by the Code of Conduct
Trainee - Collections
  • College graduate or undergraduate, fresher or experienced with up to 1 year of international call center experience
  • Should have excellent communication and English speaking skills

Team Lead - Collections
  • Vertical – Risk Management (Secure and Un - Secure Loans)
  • Geos – Middle East
  • Segregating, analyzing and allocating accounts to the team members
  • Assist Team Members in consistently meeting or exceeding performance expectations for assigned accounts
  • Performance tracking of associates based on parameters like minimum calls per day, contact percentage, promises calls ratio and promises kept
  • Assist with training for new associates to ensure strong understanding of collection policies, processes and systems
  • Assist in ongoing monitoring and providing feedback to associates to ensure compliance with collection policies and procedures including call monitoring and call reviews
  • Assist team members with more difficult collection accounts and client calls
  • Ensure that all delinquent accounts have been thoroughly worked according to standardized collection procedures
  • MIS preparation and sharing portfolio related information with the line manager
  • Act as a mentor for the team members
Team Lead – Collections
  • College Graduate and preferably from collection background
  • Minimum experience required is 3 years (at least a year in supervisory role).
  • Should have excellent communication and English speaking skills
  • Knowledge of MS office and basic computer operations
  • Good listening and responding skills
  • Should be willing to take up challenges and go extra mile to perform work responsibilities
  • Should be target oriented and have great interpersonal skills
  • Should not be pursuing any regular course/Educational program which may conflict with the work timing
  • Should display exemplary leadership skills
  • Knowledge of any regional language would be an added advantage
  • Ability to work unsupervised and deliver performance as per the industry standards
Portfolio Manager
  • Vertical – Risk Management (Secured and Un-Secured Loans)
  • Geos – Middle East
  • Segregating, analyzing and allocating accounts to the team leads
  • Would be responsible for managing the entire portfolio, by taking direct reportings from Team Leads and Associates
  • Data analyzing and building strategies for boosting performance and increasing productivity would be an intrinsic part of the job
  • Would be expected to drive profitability of the portfolio within the budgeted parameters
  • Would be required to assist senior management in business development and key portfolio management
  • Assist with capacity planning and hiring
  • Assist with training for new Team Leads and associates to ensure strong understanding of collection policies, processes and systems
  • MIS preparation and sharing portfolio related information with the management
  • Should be able to lead by example
  • Act as a mentor for the team members
  • Should be audit compliant and be able to manage escalations
Portfolio Manager
  • College Graduate and preferably post graduate in management
  • Minimum experience required is 4 years (at least two years in managerial role)
  • Incumbent should be multitask oriented, organized, set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Should have excellent English speaking and writing skills.
  • Knowledge of MS office and basic computer operations
  • Good listening and responding skills
  • Should be target oriented and have great interpersonal skills
